Biosystems Engineering | Biosystems Analytics & Technology | Sustainable Plant Systems |
Equipped with engineering, life science and data science expertise, our Biosystems students are prepared to tackle quality of life challenges and create resiliency among society, the environment, and the economy.
We bring different, people, ideas, backgrounds, and perspectives together to produce lasting solutions for all. Valuing diversity and inclusivity in our students, staff, and faculty, we encourage and help all to be successful.
Students learn how to model living systems interacting with the built environment, to design sustainable solutions to environmental challenges, to design sensors to detect microbes and nucleic acids, to apply new technologies to solve grand challenges in water, energy, food, and sustainable living.
